DIN 28091 Flat Gasket

Authentic Performance at Elevated Temperature Range

Flat gaskets are used to create a static seal between two flanges faces, at various operating conditions, with varied pressure and temperature ratings. A gasket fills the microscopic spaces and irregularities of the flange faces, and then it forms a seal that is designed to keep liquids and gases. Correct installation of damage-free gaskets and damage-free flange faces is a requirement for a leak-free flange connection.

Flat gaskets are generally used in the chemical industry, but as well in the food and beverage and pharmaceutical industry. One of the most desirable properties of an effective gasket in industrial applications for compressed fiber gasket material is the ability to withstand high compressive loads.

UKL  Flat Gasket made of Compressed Non-Asbestos Fiber (NCAF) Gasket -

NCAF Flat Gasket are manufactured in Metallic & Non-Metallic to cover maximum pressure up to 200bar & temperature up to 550 degree C. UKLand NCAF gasket having properties like Anti Stick, Anti Corrosion and Asbestos free surface.

UKL Flat Gasket made of Solid PTFE and Expanded PTFE (ePTFE)

Flat Gasket made of PTFE is having good chemical resistance and anti-corrosion property. Multidirectional expanded PTFE material with Excellent corrosion resistance together with superior creep resistance and sealability create a high grade gasket material for a wide range of applications.

UNISIL soft-chem is an asbestos free material and meets the FDA requirements, doesn’t have any corrosion and is able to be stored without any time limits.

UKL Flat Gasket made of Graphite

Due to excellent Chemical and thermal capabilities of Graphite it is used extensively throughout the Petrochemical and Chemical industries for process duties and Steam application. Our graphite material quality ensure a comfortable fit with contacting parts, therefore it is widely used as automotive gaskets in automobile industry. There three type of Graphite generally used Pure Graphite, Graphite With Tanged SS316 insert and Graphite with Plain SS 316 insert.
