Increase system efficiency by using UKL Automatic and continuous Air Vent


Air is poor conductor of heat therefore industrial processes involve the removal of air/gas from a pressurized liquid. Uni Klinger air vents are fulfilled this purpose. Uni Klinger air vents are available in a wide variety of sizes, end connections and construction materials.

UKL Air Eliminator trap removes the trapped air from liquid lines/process equipments. Air is a harmful ingredient in steam going to process areas. Presence of air aids corrosion and leakage from pipelines and from vessels. Air can enter steam space through Boiler Feed Water circuit. Air can enter from atmosphere when steam condenses over long stoppages. During start up when the air from liquid lines/process equipment enters Air eliminator trap, it passes through outlet port, when the liquid enters the Air Eliminator Trap the float rises and closes the outlet port and restrict the liquid to flow out.

UKL AV and AVA are meant to remove air automatically from steam spaces.

UKL Compressed Air trap removes the moisture from compressed air lines, which works on the principle of Buoyancy, [densities difference of Water and Air].The rising moisture level elevates the Float and open the valve and discharges the moisture. When the level of moisture drops, the float falls down and the valve close the trap. 

It is commonly used for compressed air lines and can also be used in various gases lines to drain moisture or liquid. It is a continuous discharge type trap. This trap can handle very high as well as fluctuating loads.
