Inverted bucket steam trap UIBT 28US

UIBT-28US series inverted bucket steam traps are manufactured in complete stainless steel construction. These traps can be installed directly on pipes as well on Trap valve stations.
The inverted bucket arrangement operates on the density difference between steam and water, giving a cyclic operation for discharge of the accumulated condensate.
High condensate handling capacities even at low pressures, permit the use of small trap sizes to suit many applications.
Available in 15 & 20 MM size.

1^st time right practice & correct installation- Proper steam trap installation is necessary for both, performance and maintenance aspect of steam trap under the service conditions
Before installing the trap, flush the line by blowing down at full steam pressure to remove dirt inside the line. Blow down any strainers ahead of the trap.
