UKL steam injectors are used for raising the temperature of water, liquors and other liquids, quietly and efficiently, by the use of steam. They work by using a jet of steam to draw in water through radial ports, mix it and distribute the heated water throughout the tank.
The circulation induced by the injectors ensures thorough mixing and even temperature distribution throughout the tank and avoiding temperature stratification. |

The complete mixing of the steam through the injector with liquid or water avoids Flashing, and uses the total latent heat of steam.
