Uni Klinger Limited is a joint venture company of Neterwala Group of Industries and Klinger AG of Switzerland. The company has two strategic business units : Fluid Control Business unit and Fluid Sealing Business unit.

The Fluid Control Unit (SBU) manufactures and trades in a wide range of Steam & Process Engineering products. The manufacturing plants are located in Ahmednagar and Mangalore.

The Fluid Sealing Unit (SBU) manufactures & trades in both Compressed Asbestos as well as Non - Asbsetos Gasket Sheeting for automotive as well as industrial use. This state of art plant was setup in 1999 near Pune.

The marketing of both SBU's is carried out through several branch offices as well as over 100 dedicated dealers throughout the length and breadth of India.
